Dr. Katia:  Katia Romanoff, PhD is a Parapsychologist, Symbologist, Holistic Counselor, and Director of the Esoteric Theological Seminary since its establishment in 1987. She is also a dreams and visions interpreter and writes a syndicated advice column called, The Dream Zone. She coordinates a network of spiritual counselors and ministers. Dr. Katia has dedicated her life to the study of world religions, esoterica, comparative mythology and spiritual psychology. She is the featured guest on radio stations all over the country, has taught numerous seminars, workshops and DreamFaires.  She teaches esoterica, symbology and alternative emerging spirituality at the on-line Esoteric Mystery School, formed in 1996.  The Mystery School consists of several "Orders" such as the Order of Mary Magdala, the New Knights Templar and the Order of the Divine Mother. Members from all over the world sign up for online lessons delivered by email and webpage. Although we also study Druidry, ceremonial magic, Kabbalah, and downright "pagan" mysteries, Esoteric Christianity with all its secrets and archetypal depth is the connecting theme. Members explore the inner "secret" world, a place of magic, mystery, initiation, rich symbols, and of course, the divine core each human possesses and should learn to use. Mastering the inner world links us quickly to the outer cosmos, to the Divine Plan itself. We discover humanity's Great Purpose, why we were created....because we are the universe becoming conscious of itself. Humans (because we can think) are the only creatures who can connect the Divine to the nature and matter realms. You, me, all of us, are therefore the lynchpin of the cosmos. Studying the mysteries activates your personal destiny as part of this Divine Plan.

Katia is senior minister and co-founder of Esoteric Interfaith Church, Inc., the non-profit organization that established the Esoteric Theological Seminary and Mystery School.  Our goal is to make the world's wisdom mysteries available to any who feel drawn to this study and worship. Our ministers have started God/Goddess churches, healing centers and study groups all over the world.

Archbishop Sean Patrick Small, Th.D., D.Div. , Chairman of the Ordaining Council brings true Apostolic Succession to the Seminary.  Monsignor Sean has a Doctorate Degree in Theology and Divinity, additional degrees in Biblical Studies and Theatre Arts from California State University, Long Beach, where he studied under such notable professors and scholars as Robert Eisenman, James Battenfield, and Douglas Hughes with special emphasis on the study of Dead Sea Scrolls and Early Christianity.
         He completed extensive research and study of the Primitive Church, the Dead Sea Scrolls, Mary Magdalene, James the Brother of Jesus, the Origins and History of the Magi, the Knights Templar, and the migration of early peoples between Jebus and South America, which is the subject of his upcoming book. He currently teaches at Santa Ana College and has an active Pastoral Counseling practice and is often called upon to officiate at weddings. The Rev. Dr. Sean Small is working on yet another degree this time from the Seminary of Saint Columba where he is a Ph.D. candidate in Pastoral Counseling. Sasha: is our office goddess, computer goddess, and of course, our Where-is-it?-Goddess. The place would collapse without her. Between keeping a large household running and pursuing her own spiritual studies, Sasha still finds six (or is that ten?) hours a day to keep the Esoteric Theological Seminary up and running. Alternately providing inspiration and reality checks for our sometimes too creative staff, she is usually the final opinion filter and gentle audience before something goes to press.

Amber Adams (also known as "Oiled Lamp" and Skadi Nordwind) is an Interfaith Minister with our Esoteric Theological Seminary, a "roaming" instructor for our Esoteric Mystery School, and a Doctor of Theology. She is also the current Director of our Esoteric Theological Seminary in Second Life (http://www.secondlife.com). Amber's hobbies include law-school (oops, just kidding, that's actually her overwhelming task at present!) reading and writing, gardening, martial arts, and playing with her Maltese dogs.

Dame Elda Mildredsdaughter joined the staff of the Esoteric Mystery School in 2000. In addition to writing lessons and assisting with the moderation of several e-group discussion lists, she is Mother Abbess of the Orders of Mary Magdalene and of the Divine Mother; an officer of the New Order of Knights Templar and Daughter of Tsion; and Abbess Presvytera of the Esoteric Interfaith Church, Inc.  Elda brings to the Mystery School an extensive knowledge of the Great Mother Goddess, Isis, through her involvement in the international organization Fellowship of Isis where she holds the titles of Priestess Hierophant (Lyceum of the Eclectic Rose) in the College of Isis; ArchDruidess (Grove of the Avalon Rose) in the Druid Clan of Dana; Grand Dame Commander (Priory of the Grael Rose) in the Nobel Order of Tara; and, was appointed to the Circle of Isis Advisory Council-Temple of Isis/Geyserville (California), by the Honorable Lady Olivia Robertson. She is also actively involved with the Temple of Isis, a legally recognized church located at the Isis Oasis Retreat Center and Sanctuary in Geyserville, California. Dame Elda is a Reiki practitioner, a certified herbalist, and a carrier of the Sacred Pipe. She is founder of the Violet Flame Circle of Prayer, an on-line prayer group. In her "real" life, Elda is a Medical Assistant, using that knowledge as an Instructional Assistant in a Tri-County ROP-Adult Education Health Careers Program.
