This is the front elevation.  Note that where it says "brick" there are two windows not drawn on. They will have stone arches (unless buyer objects) over them. There are also lower level windows not drawn in this section.  The front door is not drawn -- should be in the very middle stucco section under those timbers.  Tell us quick if you want the stucco and stone and brick in different areas!  Also, the hood over the bay window in the stone section can be coppered over for only $900.  Otherwise we'll just shingle it to match the roof.  The dormer window over the stone section leads to the semi-finished bonus room above the garage.  The dormer window in the middle of the house leads to unfinished attic section.  This drawing is not to scale.  House is wider from left to right as photos reveal.

MASTER BATH Note tub is a Jacuzzi with no shower.
