Part A: The Eucharist
The Eucharist should be performed at least weekly. More is better, as long as you are able to keep it fresh and new, not falling into a dead tradition.If you get any additional revelation on the Eucharist, be sure to share it with us! We can all use a shot in the arm now and then.

Part B: Sending of Solace Technique
Remember to use the AOM’s Sending of Solace Technique on a regular basis.There are so many needs in the world; the Sending of Solace is a good way to be involved in the healing process.

Part C: The Merkaba Exercise

Read through the article first, and then answer the questions below (copy and paste the questions to a new e-mail and send to the Mystery School with the following subject line: AOM 2 Clergywork Merkaba Ex. from _____________–your magikal name). Then try the exercise, going as far as you feel comfortable at first.Follow the directions–wait until you’re ready to do the entire thing!

1. What do the syllables “mer-ka-bah” mean?

2. How does this relate to Ezekiel’s vision? (Think of the old spiritual here.)

3. How many breaths are used?

4. What is a mudra? Look it up if you’re not sure.

5. In the previous study hall, to what is the tetragram related? (Think of the book we read.)

6. To what speed is our third-dimensional universe timed?

Essay:  Why do you think it might be dangerous to experience the Merkaba powers before you have made contact with your Higher Self?

Exercise:  Take your time developing this Merkaba exercise. Even if you never get to the point of doing the Merkaba section, you will still benefit from the breathing, the recognition of God in each breath, and the strength and energy that is accessible through this meditation. If you do get to the point of doing the whole exercise, be sure to report on your experiences!
