5. Re-read the exercise on pages 173-175 and then the Sitting Out Rite and if you are comfortable with it take the journey to meet your warden (guardian or fetch). Remember to follow the guidelines, and do not journey anywhere obscure. Do as the book states, and stay in the realms of light. Also, if you cant get to a mountain top or graveyard, dont sweat it. The modern seith practitioner is flexible, so if you have to do this inside, then make the best of it with incense or scented oils, and whatever else you can think of to make the ritual special. Your fetch will appear to you in your minds eye.
