Legal Status for a Gothi, Godhi, Goði, Gythia or Vitki
If you would like to become Norse Pagan clergy, sometimes called Heathen, Asatru, or Old Norse clergy, we will ordain you with credentials legal in all 50 states. We issue legal ordination papers allowing you to officiate weddings, file your taxes as clergy, get tax exempt status, etc.
Once ordained you will have clergy-client confidentiality privilege the same as attorney-client privilege. You can offer spiritual counseling to people for donations. You will also be able to start your own kindred, kirk / “church”, house of worship or ministry.
Perhaps you are already a member of the Gothard (Old Norse word for “the clergy”) and need the legal credentials to back you up.
